Evaluate — Upon arrival, allow some time for our experts to assess your pieces. We select and price items based on brand and market demand, quality of fabric and construction and condition.
Authenticate — We offer authentication for a fee. Find out more here
Pricing — After evaluation your pieces will join our pricing queue and you'll receive a notification once they're ready for sale.
Track — Monitor the progress of your pieces through your online account.
Your items will be showcased for 8 weeks with us: — 4 weeks at full price — 2 weeks at 25% off — 2 weeks at 50% off
If you have chosen to reclaim unsold pieces, they will be available for collection up to 2 weeks after the consignment period ends. Allow up to 5 days for us to prepare them or call ahead so we can make sure they're ready for you.
Your commission is based on the final selling price:
— Under $350: 50% — $350 - $700: 60% — Over $700:70%
A 5% reduction applies if you opted to collect unsold items at the end of the consignment cycle.
For amounts under $100 collect your earnings in store, or request a bank transfer through your online account.
