Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $12 applies. All shipments are handled by Courier Post, and you’ll receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. While most orders are processed the next working day, please allow up to three working days for processing. During New Zealand public holidays, processing times may be longer, and we appreciate your understanding.
Delivery typically takes 1–5 working days.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes, and a signature will be required upon delivery.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Click & Collect
We will contact you via email once your order is ready to collect. Most Click & Collect orders will be available for pick up within 48 hours. The person collecting the order will need valid ID and be able to show your pick up confirmation email.
Returns for Online Purchases
We will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Store credit (not including shipping) will be given for items that are returned with tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition, with proof of purchase. If you wish to make a return please contact ponsonby@encorestore.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. Full refunds are only offered in accordance with the Consumers Act. As all of our items are one offs, we cannot offer you another size.
If your return is deemed to not be in the condition it was when sent out, we will not accept your return and it will be sent back to you. Return postage and tracking is the responsibility of the sender. Please send your returns using a tracked or couriered service, as we will not be liable for any lost items. We will provide you with the return address once you contact us or you may return directly to the store.
